Masters Workouts
Masters Workout Times:
Masters Workouts are temporarily on hold until the Petaluma Swim Center pool resurfacing is complete in Spring of 2025.
A Masters monthly membership gives you access to all weekly workouts.
What to Expect:
Workouts are between 60 minutes and range from 3000 to 3600 yards. Each workout begins with a warm-up set, a main set and a warm-down. They include pulling (with a pull buoy and hand paddles, if desired), and kicking (with fins, if desired).
What to Bring to Workouts:
Bring all equipment you wish to use.
